The 8 Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia Area This Year

Alterra Property Group has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Best Workplaces list — one of just eight companies in the Philadelphia metro area to earn a place among 507 honorees nationwide.

The annual program, produced with employee-engagement firm Quantum Workplace, ranks companies on direct employee survey feedback about culture, benefits, and the day-to-day experience of working there. Inc. singled out Alterra for putting balance and well-being first, pointing to generous parental leave, paid time off, and flexible scheduling at the Philadelphia-based real estate firm.
