Meet the winners of Top Workplaces 2026

The Philadelphia Inquirer has released its first look at the organizations earning a place on the Top Workplaces 2026 list, and Alterra Property Group is among them. The program recognizes large, midsize, and small employers across the region whose workplace cultures stand out — and it bases those rankings on one source above all others: the people who work there.

Run by Exton-based Energage, the Top Workplaces program surveys employees directly to identify companies where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work. This release is an early reveal of the honorees; the full regional rankings will be announced on September 21, 2026. For Alterra, the recognition reflects the team and culture built across the firm.
