Alterra acquired this 11-story high-rise located in Philadelphia’s Graduate Hospital in September 2017. The location is four blocks off of Rittenhouse Square and adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. The Pepper building is ~196,587 square foot building consisting of 184 units with 37 surface parking spaces. This property was upgraded with renovations to the interior units, amenity spaces, and lobby. These renovations brought the property to a Class A apartment building. The building was sold in 2021.
