Alterra Property Group partnered with Stockton Real Estate Advisors (“SREA”) to purchase 1760 Market Street. This 15 story Class A office building is situated on the SW corner of 18th and Market, in the center of the sought after Market Street West sub-market, and a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square. Alterra and SREA repositioned the building, upgraded the façade, lobby, and the common areas, leasing the majority of the vacant space. Alterra sold 1760 Market opportunistically two years after closing and execution of the value-add business plan and lease up.
