The predecessor to Alterra acquired 1201 Chestnut, a Class B office building, in a 50/50 partnership. The Commonwealth, a 15-story, 110,000 square foot office building was converted to 98 apartments in 2011. The unit mix is comprised of one and two-bedroom units.
