A joint venture between Alterra and Kimco Realty Corporation, Lincoln Square is a 3.4-acre, full square city block site, situated on the NW corner of Broad & Washington Streets. Featuring 322 apartments with a plethora of amenities, over 100,000 sq ft of retail anchored by a grocery store, and over 400 parking spaces, the project has helped to create a southern anchor for Philadelphia’s fast developing Avenue of the Arts. Lincoln Square was completed in August 2018.
