Alterra acquired this 90,000+ square foot warehouse in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia in March 2007. Over the next two years, it was completely redeveloped into a loft office building reaching 99% occupancy. Historic Tax Credits were also incorporated in the capitalization, adding additional value to the investment. The property was sold in December 2014.
