Alterra acquired this ~12,500 square foot former law office building in 2012. The redevelopment and expansion of the building is now complete and the building has 16 Class A apartments. 1311 Spruce was sold at the end of 2018 as part of a portfolio sale, post business plan execution and stabilization.
