University City’s Newest Residential Property, With Best-In-Class Amenities and Smart Capabilities, Will be Move-in Ready for June 2019

Alterra Property Group announced that leasing is officially underway for The LVL 4125, Philadelphia’s tallest modular building. The property is located in University City, just minutes from the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Completed model units are currently available for future residents to tour, with move-ins set to begin starting June 2019.

“Our team is excited to bring our first University City neighborhood property online,” said Leo Addimando, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Alterra Property Group, LLC. “The property’s high-quality modular construction coupled with the convenient location, smart capabilities, and modern amenities make it a great addition to this area of the city.”

Designed in partnership with Vaughan Buckley Construction, the six-story building is comprised of 141 modular units. The property offers a variety of layouts to suit the needs of each individual resident, including studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Each apartment is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, premium bathroom fixtures and stainless steel appliances. All units include custom built-in desks, substantial storage space and spacious closets. Select first-floor units will also provide access to outdoor space.

The LVL 4125 residents can expect to enjoy the property’s brand new fitness center, a gaming lounge, and designated communal coworking spaces on each floor. A private roof deck with a dog run will be available for resident use as well, featuring stunning views of the city skyline. In addition, The LVL 4125 will offer parking underneath the building and ample bike storage.

“With move-ins quickly approaching, we’re looking forward to welcoming our new residents this summer,” said Leo Addimando. “We also have some exciting plans in the works to bring this type of high-quality large scale modular construction to future projects throughout the city.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
