Alterra acquired 507-515 S. 8th Street, also formally known as the Society Hill Playhouse. Construction began in October 2016 for a three-story ground-up apartment building. The building includes ~20,000 square feet, 26 residential units, 8 parking spots, resident outdoor space, dog run, and green roof. The Bradford was sold at the end of 2018 as part of a portfolio sale, post business plan execution and stabilization.
